4 in a Row is played on a seven-column, six-row board. Red moves first, tokens fall to the lowest open space, and the first player to connect four horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins.

Strategy tips

• Favour the centre columns because they participate in more possible lines.
• Before every move, check whether the opponent can win with their next drop.
• Build intersecting threats so one move creates two possible winning columns.
